I can’t say enough great things about Bill Rapp GMC. Called two weeks ago to bring my car in to be inspected, oil change and to fix the check engine light, they got me on the books right away!! Called them the night before the appointment and let them know due to the weather I was not comfortable with driving my vehicle there. There were no issues with that and they got me right back in the schedule 4 days later! When I finally did get my car in, they let me know what was needed prior to doing any work( which I LOVE) and let me know my car would be fixed by the end of the day, minus one part that takes a couple of days to get to the shop! (Which is no worries). And let me add the service department front desk attendees were AMAZING! You could tell the atmosphere in the work place is a fun loving environment! I recommend Bill Rapp, a thousand times over! You will not be disappointed! Thank you again.

Excellent to deal with on the purchase of a 2025 Yukon. Came from Rochester, so we agreed to some numbers over the phone on trade in value. Very laid back and did not push extras that I did not want. Deal with Rocco. He is on top of his game and made the whole process smooth as could be.

These people are amazing to deal with we went in late on a Saturday and bought a car. We were able to drive it home that day. Everyone there was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them.
