This was by far one of the best service experiences I have had from a company. From the initial sales meeting to the install, the people were great. The previous homeowners had newer Anderson windows installed downstairs but hadn't gotten around to the upstairs. Renewal was able to match the style and install the same window but with better Fibrex quality. The house looks 150% better now and I would recommend this company to anyone. Thanks to Russell and his team for an awesome and very quick and clean install and Matt (manager) for his professionalism and very detailed review of the work done! Extremely satisfied!
My 4 panel, 2 door installation went seamlessly, completed by Russel with his teammates Randy and Frank. I was advised in advance how to prep the room so the installation would move quickly. The team was on time, professional, efficient and pleasant. When done, there was not a hint that an installation occurred and all remnants of the previous doors were removed. I was given the opportunity to reuse some of my trim and they modified it for me. I am very pleased with the installation and the professionalism of the entire team, including the terrific followup by Laurie and Russel, who are helping me with a post installation question. Omg, they did such a great job on our door installation!!!!
