BROOKDALE BELLEVUE REVIEWS

I cannot say enough positive things about our Brookdale Bellvue experience. After touring 8 other assisted living communities I knew within minutes of meeting Danielle that we had found the right place for my parents. She was so gracious with her time, open and kind. Touring the community I could see the care and compassion that the staff gave to their residents. We moved both of my parents into assisted living. They unfortunately progressed quickly with their dementia and needed more care than assisted living provides. The staff helped us find another Brookdale community that had a companion room for them and was closer to my home. We waited 3 weeks for their room in memory care to open up. In that time the entire staff went above and beyond taking extra care of them while we waited. We are truly grateful to Brookdale Bellvue.

My husband and I have been helping our neighbors and they are both at Bellevue now. One is in memory care and the wife is in assisted living. They are both able to see each other and love their new homes. We are very happy with all that the staff has done for us and continue to do. They go above and beyond helping us. We could not be happier. Thanks for everything to the staff.

We recently moved my father into brookdale Bellevue and we could not be more pleased with not only the facilities but also with the staff. They have gone above and beyond to make my father’s transition seamless and as positive as possible. I am confident that my father is in the best place he could be for his safety and comfort.

MENORAH PARK OF CNY REVIEWS

Our family cannot thank the staff at Menorah Park enough for looking after my husband in the last 10 weeks of his life. The nurses, the aides, cleaning staff, PT/OT, the reception and administration were nothing but attentive to us and kind to him. He arrived very sick and the love each and everyone who came into contact with him gave more life so we could enjoy being his family with him. A previous review had said they were short staffed and they are but that did not stop them being caring and attentive. It is a hard job and not well paid but we are so grateful that the people there are willing to do it. We will miss seeing everyone everyday.

It’s always refreshing to walk into a facility that cares for the aging and be greeted with a smile. I was there today to visit my Uncle. It’s a big facility and I got lost, but I was personally escorted by a staff member to his room on the 2nd floor. I was impressed with the cleanliness of his room. He was dressed, clean and in good spirits. I stayed for about two hours and during that time several nurses checked on him. I am pleased overall.

I cannot imagine a better place for your aging parent. The staff, the leadership and yes even the food were all wonderful. It is like a family there. I recommend this community without reservation. My mom lived in The Oaks, the Inn and subsequently hospice care. The staff there will love your parent. What more could you ask for.

Thank you to each of you for your expertise, dependability and commitment to the work you do day in and day out to make Peregrine Onondaga Hill a clean, safe, caring home for the residents and peace of mind for each residents love ones.

The staff is all friendly and supportive. They care for residents like they are family and the compassion truly shows through. The facility itself is clean, bright, and inviting. If you are looking for a place for a loved one with memory issues, Peregrine is the spot.

My friend has been living at Peregrine for over five months and they have been so good to him. The facility is always always clean. The food is so good. I have been able to join my friend for a few dinners and they are always great!, The help is very friendly and good with all the residents. They talk nice with them. They have great entertainment weekly. I highly recommend this facility for your love ones.
