EMBASSY SUITES BY HILTON SYRACUSE DESTINY USA REVIEWS

Front desk was friendly at check in, rooms were nice, spacious, and clean. Food during evening reception was really good and varied from savory to sweet. There was an issue with our stay and when I brought it up to the morning manager at check out I had my parking fee waived which I greatly appreciated! Good service overall and great location by the mall.

This hotel was great! Complimentary happy hour drinks and breakfast included. Huge, spacious rooms, very clean, had a fridge and microwave. Kids loved the pool. It's across from the Destiny USA mall (which has gone downhill and I do not recommend). Would definitely stay here again.

We just finished a great weekend, using this hotel to throw a party for my son's college graduation. The staff who helped with the party were very kind and easy to work with, and the buffet that was served was very good.

What a stunning hotel! The room is very spacious and clean. The gentlemen at the front desk Friday night were very friendly and knowledgeable. The winner is the gentleman at the M Club. He’s very accommodating and helpful. He greets every guests with a huge smile. Thank you for making me feel like I’m home.

Been a regular guest of the Marriott Syracuse Downtown for a number of years. Sure it's dated in some aspects, but that's what makes it charming. The service I received was fantastic. Very comfortable bed. I was a bit disappointed with the M Club though.

Great experience! Every staff member was beyond nice and helpful. Breakfast at the restaurant was very good, Irish pub was perfect to have on site. Most importantly the bed/pillow combination was so comfortable! Will definitely stay here again if I find myself in Syracuse.

THE PARKVIEW HOTEL REVIEWS

I had a wonderful experience staying here, after the debacle I had with another nearby hotel closing. The staff were kind and accommodating. The building is beautiful inside and had access to a park where I could walk my dog. Parking was free and the pet fee was reasonable. It was quiet and our room was very comfortable. I slept well in the bed and I do not sleep well away from home. My dog was calm and comfortable which she often isnt when we travel (she loved the bed too). I will definitely be back.

I came to Syracuse for the jazz festival again and stayed at the Parkview Hotel for the first time. The room was spacious and comfortable. I was immediately impressed that the room was spotless! The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the housekeeping staff who made sure I had everything I needed for a very comfortable stay. If only all hotels had such a great staff.

Located in a lovely historic building, I had a very nice corner room. Instead of black-out curtains, the room had adjustable blinds that gave the room a very cozy feel at night. The room was spotlessly clean and the staff were very friendly. Perhaps some furniture could use an update, but that didn't take away from the experience at all. There's free parking and they make very good coffee! I'll enjoy staying here again.
