Independence Place Apartments

Brianna helped my husband and I when we really needed it. The ladies in the leasing office are amazing and definitely treat you as family! Let’s not get me started on the amenities and the apartment itself is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! The maintenance men are so nice and respectful and come as soon as possible (I’ve never had to wait more than 2 days to get something cosmetic fixed, I don’t know about something urgent I haven’t had problems thus far). The community is clean and I feel super safe when I’m taking walks either alone or with my husband. 10/10 definitely recommend!

The best part of my stay here was the manager Marie. She was the manager of the entire time I was there and she was fantastic. She always listened to any concerns that I had and acted fast to reconcile them. She always has a great attitude and is full of energy. She and her team provided me with great service the entire time I was there and I had a great four years. I will miss this team and the community is in good hands as long as Marie is the manager.

Great apartments . Typically doesn’t take longer than a day or two to get a solution to maintenance requests . Put it in a work order last night and got another quick response and fix today . Very flexible for military as well if you leave frequently, I moved out beginning of the year and chose the same complex a few months ago . Very flexible management.
