The miracle team at Gerber did an amazing job with our vehicle. We didn't know what to expect at first because our insurance sent us there, but we are thankful that it worked that way. Their staff was very friendly and helpful. Mr. Reyes managed our case and he exceeded our expectations by ensuring we knew exactly what was going to be worked on and by ensuring our vehicle looked better than new.

Gerber Collision and Glass does great collision work! I'm extremely happy with my repairs. Reyes Gerber, and all of the ladies who work at the front desks and offices, and the collision staff, do extraordinary work and services for their clients. I had and issue after my initial service was done and the staff made sure that my issue was resolved. They definitely looked out for me and made sure I was taking care of. Top notch business for sure.

I would definitely recommend Gerber Collision. Great customer service and they’re knowledgeable of repairing all makes and models. No matter if it’s an extensive repair job. Or a minor fender bender. They don’t turn customers away . Like other competitors.

CALIBER COLLISION FAYETTEVILLE REVIEWS

This is the second time I've had to use the services of Caliber Collision. The first time (driving over an object on a pitch black freeway that banged around in the left front wheel well and bent the fender panel on our Camry), they delivered to me a completely repaired and clean(!) vehicle. A few years later on a different vehicle, a camping trailer came loose and dented the back lift gate on our Telluride. Again, I received the vehicle in a repaired and pristine condition. This time I personally thanked the detail person and gave him a monetary thank-you gift. I hope I never have to use their services again, but if I do, Caliber Collision will be the first body shop I will think of. Thank you!

Caliber Collision did an amazing job fixing my 23 Honda Civic. I shattered my windshield as well as my door windows, my back passenger door was also dented and had chipped paint. After being fixed it was left absolutely perfect. I highly appreciated them also redoing my tint (they did it even better than my original tint guy too) and they cleaned it inside and outside extremely well. I was beyond impressed. They were flexible with me and worked with me to pick up my car after hours and I appreciated that a lot. Thank you Caliber Collision!

Absolutely 100% satisfied with the auto body repairs that were completed on my Escalade at the George Owen Dr Fayetteville NC location! Everyone from Ryan who talked me through what the initial repairs would entail, to the front desk staff that handled all the paperwork and the techs that completed the repair.
