These guys are great. I consider them to be friends and family. The manager, Jett, is one of the nicest people I have ever met. All the staff are cordial and cool. In addition, they are honest salesmen. They research products to give the best deal for them and you. They have great deals and superb customer service. They value my business and I appreciate the mutual respect. I have found lots of great deals here. They are the best pawn shop in the city and county, and perhaps the state in my opinion. I have been going to this spot for nearly five years. A+ rating.

I came in a few days ago and found an awesome deal on a Bulova watch, one I've been looking for for a long time now. I got some help from Jet and Oscar and I just have to say that they made me feel good about my purchase, and included a new battery, which to me is huge. They gave me time to think and were patient with discussing things like the quality of the brand and other selections they had. Overall, awesome experience, great purchase, and I will be back.

They guys at Cross Creek Pawn are always friendly and inviting when you visit their store. Their customer service is a cut above. Can't find such knowledgeable and friendly service in most places any more. Thank you.

I remember going to Ace many years ago. Everybody was professional and kind. I forgot I had been there until I needed a gun part and ended up back there the other day. They had what I needed and nothing had changed as far as prices, selection and service. I ended up buying another gun, something cheap for fun and to protect my business. The price was unbeatable. I have nothing but good things to say about everyone there and the entire experience in general. The owner has definitely created a good environment for his customers and employees. I'm not a naturally comfortable person in public places. I was happy to be inside that store. Thanks guys.

Excellent shop. This is what pawn and gun shops used to be like. Super selection and super staff can be found here any day of the week. I stop through anytime I come to Fayetteville. Jeff and his folks are always welcoming and down to earth. Thanks for always allowing me to plunder around in the spare grip box.

Great place! Went in there to get our son a 5 string bass. Their music room is awesome! Very friendly and personable staff and competitive prices. 5 out of 5 all day long at Aces.
