Kennedi took the time to listen to what I was looking for, provided helpful suggestions, and guided me through all the options without ever making me feel pressured. She truly went above and beyond to ensure I had a smooth and enjoyable experience. Thanks to her expertise and dedication, I found exactly what I needed and felt confident about my purchase. Awesome, quick, friendly services rendered by sales associate Deborah (AKA Cindy) LOL! She was amazing we asked for a particular item and told her the features we wanted and he immediately took us to what the store had to offer and they were exactly what we asked for. We were in and out in about 45 mins and got exactly what we came for and a 9x13 foot area rug! Another great R2G experience! Thanks Deborah, the sales associate, and Deborah the finance lady. Great, high quality products!

She was extremely helpful from the moment we walked in—listening closely to what we were looking for and guiding us through the store accordingly. What stood out most was that she wasn’t pushy at all. She respected our preferences and only showed us items that matched what we described, which made the whole process comfortable and enjoyable. Thanks to her excellent service, we’ll definitely be coming back when it’s time to furnish other rooms in our home. Highly recommend asking for Anna!

I had a great experience with Ken Wilcox—he was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the process. He really took the time to understand what I was looking for and was open to showing me a variety of options that matched my style. I think the store could use a wider selection of higher-end furniture, it’s tough to find pieces that are both high quality and stylish these days. Overall, Ken made the experience a positive one. I’m very pleased with the customer service.

This location is huge! There are a lot of nice furniture selections to choose from. There seems to be quite a lot of items on sales at this moment. Sarah The Floor Sales Person, The store Owner(I am guessing that was who he was, I did not catch his name), The Store Manager(I did not catch his name either) and The warehouse manager Fab were all very eager to help assist me with anything, but yet they gave room for me to move around freely.

They are the best. Worked with us with all our needs. Gave us the best discounts. Had the style of furniture we were looking for. They even helped make a China cabinet out of bedroom bureau and a buffet. We got our living room and a bed. Can’t beat the prices and the sales people were great.

Very impressed with the dining table I purchased from JR Furniture. I had to pick up the table shortly after closing and their team was generous enough to wait and load it on the truck. Highly recommend them for your furniture needs.
