WEST END AT FAYETTEVILLE REVIEWS

Been living at West End with my dog for 3 years now! I have seen a lot of beneficial improvements done to the property during my time here! The food trucks, community events, other amenities have West End a place that feels like home!. Yoli, Gloria and the rest of the font office are always super friendly whenever we step into the office for a dog treat and a cup of coffee. They’re also super receptive whenever I have emailed them for things! Septon the maintenance worker is phenomenal! That crew is always quick to the maintenance orders I put in. My A/C went out over the summer and bailed this northerner out with a temporary window unit until the rest of crew could fix the issue the next day.

My wife and I truly enjoy a positive experience here at West End. Everyone is nice and Yoli is absolutely amazing. She was the first person we spoke to here and has always been so helpful. The maintenance team is professional and they seem to be thorough. The only thing I’d like to see is for the gate to actually work. It’s not real security but it’s part of the costs you pay, whether it’s open or closed. Gate or no gate, the protection of your belongings should be self led. Gates do at least deter. There really has been no issues living here otherwise. It’s a quiet community. Residents are mostly friendly or keep to themselves. We use the gym three times a week and we love the convenience of going before work. We are glad to reside somewhere we feel safe as well as a responsive community.

I went to the west end and took a tour in place of my husband who’s is at Bragg on leave back home! Elizza was so helpful before and during my tour we are first time renters and she made the process smooth in laying out my options in a reasonable range of our budget I was blown away by the facility and how peaceful it was being close to the road also a plus because they are right out from the gate on Yadkin!!!! It was a beautiful place and I won’t stop saying nice things about elizza she was great! They’ll will be seeing our application pretty soon when the 1BDRM becomes available!!!.

I've had a great experience with Parcstone Apartments so far! The staff is super friendly and always willing to help with anything I need. Janelle especially has been amazing—she’s kind, attentive, and really goes out of her way to make things easier. It’s clear they care about their residents, and that makes a big difference. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a welcoming and supportive place to live!.

I’ve toured many places in Fayetteville and when I arrived to Parcstone, I was greeted by Ms.Love, She was extremely polite and friendly. I felt welcomed immediately and the atmosphere Ms.Love created already wanted me to apply. She answered all of my questions and it left me with no doubt that Parcstone was the way to go. Thanks to Ms.Love for making this such an easy experience and taking all the stress away from moving. Thank you so much! I greatly appreciate everything.

The staff has been extremely helpful in meeting the needs of my family! Specifically, Mrs. Love has done an outstanding job; she has treated us like family from the very beginning and we couldn’t be more satisfied with our experience.

INDEPENDENCE PLACE WEST FAYETTEVILLE REVIEWS

I toured, applied, and was approved all in one day. Ms. Velez was so sweet , kind , and uplifting during the whole process and i absolutely love her. I didn’t catch the other lady (blonde hair) in the office but she was also sweet and kind . And they made me so comfortable and ar home . I hope to make Independence place a home that I can relax in !.

I toured the 3 bedroom with Heather yesterday and was so impressed with the property! The buildings are a really pretty color and the atmosphere is overall very welcoming. All of the staff was friendly and helpful.

Shady was very nice and helped out with my move-in, i greatly appreciate her kindness for making it go smoothly.
