I am super happy that this towing company is the one that towed my daughter's car. The owner of JP towing and Ms. Erica that works in the office was truly a blessing. My daughter is a college student and they went above and beyond to help give her car back. For that I am forever grateful and I want to say thank you to the worker that helped my daughter put on her new battery so that she can drive her car off the lot. Super family oriented business! I would highly recommend!

The service was just amazing. After waiting for a very reasonable amount of time I had my Ford Escape 2016 towed to Ford Liberty services (the driver even took me to the Front Desk to help me explaining my car’s problem). The driver (sorry I don’t remember his name now) had a great attitude. He was patient, friendly, polite and very professional. I want to thank him and JP for helping me out today. I definitely recommend their services.

While traveling from North Carolina back home to Maryland, I blew out a tire on Rte 95. Patrick, owner of J&P Towing picked me up and had me at a local tire repair company within 45 minutes. This company is just phenomenal!! My first and final call just pleasant. The communication was A1. I was aware of every single thing during the process of coming to retrieve my vehicle to it's destination. I was also informed 10 minutes before arrival so I can be prepared to be outside to help if needed. This service was quick, fast, efficient in every possible way. Needed a vehicle towed to Southern Pines. Bestco was able to get it done same day, process was easy, staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Prices were very affordable as well. Would recommend for anyone looking for tow services.

Great customer service! Driver had excellent communication with me in regards to his arrival for pickup, his arrival at repair shop, and even the name of the person the keys were left with. He even sent me a video showing me an issue with my tire that was unrelated and that I was unaware of. Super helpful!
