We have had nothing but awesome experience with Monticello at Town Center. The process to get started was smooth and easy. Lisa Jemison the property manager has always been phenomenal and professional. She goes above and beyond for her tenants and I love that about her. If you ever need anything you can always count on her to get the job done. If you are hesitant about moving there, don’t be. This will be our 2nd time living there and never had any regrets on coming back.
My father and I had been looking into moving for over three months and couldn’t find anything we liked until we looked into the apartments here at Monticello at Town Center. Lisa, of the office staff is a true professional. Her presence, knowledge and professionalism made us feel welcomed and valued. We are pleased with our decision.
I have been dealing with the staff here for quite some time as a vendor they are by far one of the best properties I service! the staff is very professional and the property manager Lisa definitely makes sure her residents ,staff and vendors get taken care of !! Highly recommend on all aspects.
