I had a wonderful experience at Goodman's and son Jewelers. Burt and Heather were absolutely wonderful to work with. They have been working there for years and have a very good knowledge on diamonds and other jewelry pieces. A very pleasant experience there, I will definitely return for future purchases. I have a friend that recommended Goodman's, so glad I went. Want to thank Heather and Burt for their expertise!

Great experience , Elana was very helpful and courteous throughout the process of purchasing an engagement ring. She was very informative, attentive, and made the process much less intimidating. Highly recommend, definitely will have a repeat customer, thanks to their excellent service.

I absolutely love this place, been coming for 5+ years for everything from repairs, to custom pieces, or just window shopping. I always send friends and family here when they want something unique/custom. I feel good about buying local and supporting my community's small businesses. This place is also veteran owned! I always leave content that what I've purchased is one of a kind and wont look like fast fashion pieces that 100 other people are also wearing. KAY Jewelers are the best. I loved every minute I spent in this shop. I was in the City of Hampton for a vacation and decided to get jewelry for my wife here. Prices here are very moderate. Many items were on sale and there is always clearance. The workers here are very welcoming and friendly. Staff have excellent knowledge on all the jewelries. The shop is very clean and sparkling. I loved the watches, necklaces, earrings, rings etc on display. They offer a wide range of services including care and repair of jewelry and watches. I highly recommend KAY Jewelers.

This is one of my favorite Kay Jewelers. They are very welcoming and kind and also help you obtain exactly what you’re looking for. If you are looking for a special gift for yourself or a special someone I highly recommend coming to this Kay Jewelers.

Rae was indeed a ray of sunshine. She was awesome. Our experiences with Kay’s is always phenomenal. Robin always takes great care of us. However in her absence we always receive exceptional care. Today is my birthday and it was a great day. Rae was absolutely amazing.
