I will definitely go back for any and all jewelry needs. It was a Friday, a little before noon and I was looking for somewhere to get a cross engraved that I need this coming Sunday as a gift to my son. On the website I also liked that it was a local small family business. I walked in and was immediately greeted and asked what they could do for me. I had a couple different ways I wanted the date displayed and the gentlemen made a suggestion, which ended up being the one I picked. I left and within 30 minutes they called and let me know it was ready. I love it and am sure my son will too.

I absolutely love this place, been coming for 5+ years for everything from repairs, to custom pieces, or just window shopping. I always send friends and family here when they want something unique/custom. I feel good about buying local and supporting my community's small businesses. This place is also veteran owned! I always leave content that what I've purchased is one of a kind and wont look like fast fashion pieces that 100 other people are also wearing. KAY Jewelers are the best. I loved every minute I spent in this shop. I was in the City of Hampton for a vacation and decided to get jewelry for my wife here. Prices here are very moderate. Many items were on sale and there is always clearance. The workers here are very welcoming and friendly. Staff have excellent knowledge on all the jewelries. The shop is very clean and sparkling. I loved the watches, necklaces, earrings, rings etc on display. They offer a wide range of services including care and repair of jewelry and watches. I highly recommend KAY Jewelers.
