I took one of my vehicles there for the first time for a state inspection, and I know I'll be returning in the future with others. The staff works efficiently, and on behalf of the customer. I called to ask before I came in, and they were very detailed about how soon they'd be able to perform the service. When I walked in, the manager was calling a customer back to inform him that he was able to achieve the work within the budget the customer was looking for, which I saw as another great indicator of professionalism and customer satisfaction. After they complete the inspection, they let me know about a couple of other items they could handle for me while they had the vehicle, and I knew from experience that they prices they quoted me were very fair for my vehicle's brand. Another clear signal of their attentiveness to the customer experience was how they worked around a couple of technology issues that they were experiencing, just to ensure that communication and information would not be interrupted. I was very satisfied with the entire experience, and will be using them in the future for sure.

This was my second time coming here. Everyone is so friendly always willing to carry a conversation while you wait. I went for an inspection sticker and was told there were 3 ahead of me and they couldn't give me a time frame which I figured. I let them know I had to pick up my kiddos from school at 320. I arrived at 1pm and left by 245. The gentleman that did my inspection was super friendly. I highly recommend this business. It makes a difference when you have staff that are friendly and kind and not hateful like most people are now days.

Tune Up Plus was great! I got an oil change and state inspection. Took a little long but they did not hassle or try to upsell me! Once my car was in the shop it only took about 30 minutes. They also gave me a list of suggestions for annual maintenance on my new to me car, but they were not pushy or trying to make a extra buck. I really appreciate the professionalism. Would definitely recommend.

I needed my brakes worked on (drums, shoes). Terry provided beyond excellent customer service from the initial inquiry phone call..all the way through servicing my car. Quick wait times as well!! As a woman, finding the right mechanic shop that won't take advantage of you is very important! This shop provided affordable quality work and gave thorough information/feedback for current and future services. I will definitely be returning.

I took my car to Big Al's and it was a great experience all the way around. Everyone was very nice, it was reasonably priced, and very efficient. Terry was very communicative about any changes or updates and there were no surprises. I would recommend this place to everyone.
