Pecan Springs Apartments

Pecan springs apartments is an amazing community that has several amenities that caught my eye and in the perfect location in San Antonio! I walked into the leasing office and was greeted by two standing employees, which made me feel welcomed! Mikey was the leasing person that took me on the tour and showed me around the community! He addressed all of my concerns and made sure that my needs were met! I highly suggest this community if you are relocating to San Antonio or just looking for a new apartment! Mikey had a smile on the whole tour and was very informative. The only reason i am not leasing here is my work decided to relocate me and my family to Florida! Hopefully one day i can make Texas my home and will definitely be coming back to this community!

Can you believe our 4th lease is coming up here at Pecan Springs Apartments? Yes that’s right. The new owners are remodeling the property! The management, and the staff here are very professional and are always ready to assist you. I feel very comfortable living here because the Property Manager Theresa, Assistant Mgr Elsa, and the rest of the staff take care of their residents! I highly recommend if don’t live here yet you should!

Living at Pecan Springs Apts has been so amazing. I never have any trouble with the office or maintenance. Property is always clean and the amenities are wonderful!! & I absolutely love our salt water pool.
