RESERVE AT CANYON CREEK APARTMENTS REVIEWS

As a new resident, I am over the moon with my new apartment. There is so much space, the layout is incredibly pleasing along with the fixtures/upkeep of the unit I am in. Even the movers were impressed. Gigi was wonderful to work with and I cannot recommend him enough! Outstanding customer service. He even kept snacks for when the kids visit the office. As a single mom of two- it's great to know what a wonderful, safe, community and welcoming staff they have.

My roommate and I just signed a lease here at Canyon Creek. We are beyond excited to live here! Not only is the space absolutely beautiful, but the management is amazing. Amanda is our property manager and she has been so great to us. She was a huge reason why we decided to go with canyon creek. She has been extremely informative, communicative, and has made this process so easy. If you decide to take a look at these complexes PLEASE ask for Amanda. She is the greatest asset to Canyon Creek.

I just moved in, and Alfredo and the manager were so nice. The manager came out and introduced herself and I’ve never experienced that before. I have rented forever, and this is definitely different. Thank you for helping me out!.

Can't wait to move in here! My roommates and I definitely took our time researching and touring different apartments in the area and this is absolutely the best place. Amazing gyms and pool and lounge area. One of the best pool/outside areas I've seen in San Antonio. Shout out to Chris for giving us a boatload of tours and really showing us the ins and outs of the complex. He really helped show the type of community The Brackenridge has built. Can't wait to join.

I love living here! Truly the best apartment experience I've ever had. The office staff is incredibly helpful and polite and the maintenance crew is top notch. The property is beautiful and extremely well maintained- they are constantly cleaning the grounds and taking care of the pool so that everything feels clean and brand new every time. For being a somewhat larger complex, it's also very quiet. And the location! You can't beat it. I highly recommend.

Great location. Even better office staff , came in for a tour with no appointment and was helped right away. Martha showed me around the community and was very knowledgeable and friendly. Apartments were very nice and updated definitely would recommend checking them out!.

Absolutely love this apartment complex The staff is friendly and attentive. We have no problems with neighbors sure there may be a couple pieces of trash but I'll take that over having other problems like having my car broken into. The apartment interior is just as beautiful as the exterior , crown molding in every room and it's a great size. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an apartment.

Hello, I had a nice engagement with staff is very professional and polite and helpful to any questions that I had and maintenance. They’re on top of things you put in a work order. It gets done couple of maintenance guys. I like to throw a shout out to Daniel that I met and Moses pretty good guys very helpful and polite.

Just moving in today, the staff has been awesome getting us in!.
