He gave us the space to discuss our thoughts openly, while also offering expert guidance—including a layout suggestion I hadn’t even considered (which ended up being the one we went with!). We had a few concerns about pickup logistics, and Joey handled everything perfectly. He made sure we felt confident and cared for every step of the way. My husband and I can’t say enough about Joey’s attentive listening, helpful insights, and genuine kindness. He helped us find the perfect couch for our home, and thanks to him, we’ll be coming back here for all our future home needs.

Just purchased a new sectional today from Maria, who took her time and totally considered my wants and needs and specifications with what she showed me. She was personable, patient, very empathetic and so helpful. She made me feel like more than just a customer. Tyler in the financing section was very knowledgeable, very kind, and showed me lots of options to fit my budget. Incredibly helpful. Neither pushed me out of my comfort zone to upsell - they just gave me options and accepted my decisions. I hope I can purchase from Maria and work with Tyler again in the future.

My husband and I came in looking for a new dining room table set. Victor Garza greeted us as we came in and explained what all of the different tags meant, because it was our first time in the store. He left us alone to browse and didn't keep coming up to us(which I really appreciated because I don't like feeling pressured to buy something). He was so knowledgeable, friendly and very respectful! I really appreciated him calling me Ma'am. Wonderful manners. I hope he is still here when we get new couches. If not, we may need to shop elsewhere.LOL!! I am 100% happy with our experience here.

There associate Victor Garza was phenomenal with his customer service I was immediately greeted by him, he was so patient and kind and made sure I had correct answered to every question I asked. He never once tried to just rush a sale, even when I got indecisive he gave me my time to decide, yall definitely need more workers that are just like him! I left that store beyond happy, Victor made sure I got everything I was looking for! Thank you so much.
