Ultimately we found a floor we loved and within 2 weeks they came out to install. The guys that did the install were very professional and friendly as well. The floors look amazing! We had an excellent experience with Atlas. Sandy was so helpful when it came to choosing carpet to fit our needs. She sent us home a sample to be sure we liked the color. after making the decision, she came out to measure, give the cost and set up the install. Everything went so smoothly. The installers were also wonderful. They worked quickly but with care and left us with beautiful carpet.

I first purchased and had O'Krent install cork flooring downstairs 16 years ago. Last year, I redid those downstairs floors and last week I used the same flooring material for the primary bedroom and one secondary bedroom. I will have the remaining bedrooms done sometime in the next 18 months. They also came out to repair a plank thst was damaged. With each of my interactions, I found the O'Krent team to be professional, friendly, prompt, and the installers were terrific. I even recommended them to a family member who will be using them for carpet replacement. I have used big box stores for large carpeting jobs on a number of occasions and found very little to recommend the experience. Family owned businesses are the way to go because they really care about their reputation and don't have an army of lawyers and legal documents to thwart you when a problem arises.

This the second time we have used the services of O'Krent Floors and we are very happy. In the past, we had hardwood floors placed in our dining room and living room, carpets in 3 bedrooms and tile in our kitchen. All of the work was outstanding. We just had O'Krent Floors replace the carpet in two bedrooms with hardwood flooring. The work is superb. The installers are on time, very hard working, proficient and professional. The showroom personnel are supportive, patient and knowledgeable. The installation coordinator made sure our project ran smoothly as well as looking over and approving the installation. We highly recommend O'Krent Floors.
