They have the best customer service. I am so grateful my husband picked my engagement ring from here. I loved that he got to pick the band and the and the diamond. Syd taught him all about the clarity and color of the stone. We ended up getting Verragio bands with a matching design. My husband got me another ring for my something blue on our wedding day. Yaniv the general manager is amazing, we had a little issue with a bracelet and he fixed it without any hassle. They are always so friendly when we walk in and they remember us. I love that they don’t charge extra for engravings, cleanings, or servicing. I highly recommend this store!

As a returning costumer, Diamonds Direct always have wonderful costumer service standards. I came in looking to buy my first Rolex for my birthday.
