Great building, very nice amenities. The office staff is super friendly and helpful to residents. Pedro and the rest of the team that takes care of the building do a great job. I can see that Pedro really prides himself on the best service. A+ and I highly recommend the Regatta as a home.
Fernando is outstanding. We always have a great experience with him. Last time he went in to the unit, he left a very kind note saying that he misses my dog (my dog passed away like a month ago). Thank you Fernando!
Friendly staff, well maintained apartment. Quite spacious and has new appliances. Has an amazing pool, it’s just at the river walk..
Renny gave me the best tours and made consider to move in at the regatta. Hes so nice and professional love the personality. Overall the best place ive seen since i came here down - Brittany.
