I went to Ashley to look at a Bedroom set.Danny was the sales person helping me he is very knowledgeable of there furniture and mattresses I ended up purchasing a bedroom set and mattress with adjustable base. He helped me with financing as well my experience was very comfortable and I look forward to sleeping on a great mattress and having beautiful furniture to get organized. The sales manager was also helpful . Was a very good experience.

Andy was a tremendous help to me as I worked on configuring the couch I fell in love with in my space. Originally, the configurations listed online and in store did not fit my space but I called the store because I was determined to make it work and Andy recommended I come in to work with him. He heard my preferences and was able to order the various couch pieces that hooked together to perfectly fit in my space. Andy was also able to reschedule my couch delivery to ensure my rug was placed down first which I greatly appreciated! The delivery was smooth and I highly recommend the full service as the delivery personnel were able to place the couch exactly where I wanted and had patience when the initial placement was not configured correctly with my rug. Bruno is a fantastic salesperson and we really appreciated his approach. We came into the store just wanting to look around and he was respectful of our space checking in regularly to see if we had any questions. When we left the store empty handed he was still kind and not pushy at all, just asked if he could follow up. We went to a few other stores but ended up buying from RTG and the purchase was seamless and able to execute from home. The delivery guys were also very respectful, classy and friendly! One Word GREAT … I walk in with my family and was immediately greeted by Stanton K he was very nice and had a bright smile I laughed and had the best conversation with him . He had no problem answering my questions and I had a few anything that needed some type of understanding he gave me that great customer service I look forward to seeing him again.
