From start to finish, Alex Nunez provided top-tier customer service, making what could have been a stressful repair process completely seamless. From the initial estimate to ordering the parts and immediately starting work the same day I dropped off my car, the efficiency and professionalism of this team were unmatched. I receive notifications on my phone whenever my car doors open and close, and it was reassuring to see that work began right away. Alex kept me updated throughout the repair process, explaining all the necessary work in detail and ensuring I was informed every step of the way. The manager was also extremely helpful, going above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly. Despite having a matte white paint finish, which is notoriously difficult to match, they did an outstanding job—my car looks as good as new! It’s truly refreshing to receive such exemplary service from a body shop, especially when they are paid directly by the insurance company and not out of my pocket. I very rarely leave reviews but this specific collision shop has earned my trust. I was sent here by my insurance company for a fender bender but I have already returned twice of my own accord for additional repairs as the integrity of the work and the transparency in the quote process has been top notch. The office personnel is very friendly and professional and Juan was my point of contact for all my services. He was very professional and I greatly appreciated his communication through the repair process (from drop off - to pick up). All of this is quite rare to find in the automotive and service industry which has prompted me to do most of my own automotive maintenance and repairs in the past. It’s great knowing I have a honest shop to refer my friends to and also to take projects that are bigger than what I can handle myself.

After a bad accident, my auto insurer referred me to AutoNation Collision Center (Fort Lauderdale South). They repaired my vehicle and kept me informed along the way. My car was ready when promised. They were very efficient and were easy to deal with. Their Customer Service is first-rate. I highly recommend them for an auto repair.

Needed some things done to my car. The front bumper was misaligned by the previous mechanics when they replaced my radiator and the front bumper never lined up properly at some other issue with the car there’s no insurance issue this was out of my pocket. Chris, the shop manager is super nice guy. The staff is very friendly. My car was done when it was supposed to be done and the price was extremely reasonable. That’s Why I recommend these guys ….and mainly because I used to own the Body Shop 30 years ago and I can see through bullshit. this is a no bullshit place. They’re kind and courteous and hopefully I’ll never have to take my car to Body Shop. If I do this where it’s gonna go.

I got into a fender bender and my whole bumper was pushed in I didn’t wanna go through my insurance so I went on Facebook and ask for recommendations on where to go who is the most honest and in the comment section more than 10 different people told me to go to impact. From the minute I arrived the young kid gave me a quote he was very honest upfront I gave him a deposit with a week he had my parts in and my truck fixed I couldn’t be more happier I would recommend them to anybody. Very personable fast efficient and not the cheapest but also not the most expensive just like anything you get what you pay for. Look no further in contact impact you’ll be happy.

Got my vehicle repaired from a fender bender at Impact Paint & Body, and couldn’t be more pleased. Eddie and Chris are great. Reasonably priced, timely done & great results. Highly recommend them.
