Tracey is a true professional and artist. She was fantastic at suggesting fabrics and helping with color selection. The final product was absolutely beautiful. She completed the project on time despite usual challenges. She was also friendly and communicative. I would highly recommend her for any upholstery need!

I took a badly damaged mid-century modern office chair that I had been dragging around for years to Karen and Don. The shop has an amazing selection of fabrics, and Karen was very helpful in identifying fabric choices that matched my vision for what I wanted. They were even able to refurbish the heavily damaged wooden portion of the chair. The finished product is AMAZING! The chair is beautiful, comfortable, and a true work of art. I have promoted the chair from the back room to the main room since it is so pretty, I want to look at it every day. In a world where craftmanship is less valued than it once was, finding a vendor like Karen and Don Designer’s Upholstery is a rare thing. I recommend them to anyone looking for fine work.
