Unfortunately I needed to get my car towed last Saturday evening and Sals towing arrived not only within 15 minutes but the driver Jon was absolutely amazing. He actually dropped my husband and I off at our home then took the vehicle where it needed to be. He then texted me not only the pictures of the drop off location but pictures as well of the keys actually going in the night box for safety reasons !!! Wow.... Now thats EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE and we definitely need more Jon's in the world.

Honestly great service. Had mechanical issues and the team at Sal’s was super quick to respond. One insurance covered tow, one retail. Reasonable prices and timely response. Driver Jon (#81) was very friendly and went above and beyond to send pics of the drop off slip at the mechanics shop. Would recommend.

My mother and I needed a jump start from Sal's Towing and the tow truck driver John, helped us and jump started our car within seconds and he followed us to the car dealership to make sure we made it there okay and gave us excellent service.

I want to take a moment to recognize Rick from Fort Lauderdale Towing Services for the outstanding service he provided today. My son’s car stalled at a red light on the way to get it serviced, and it was honestly a stressful situation. But Rick showed up quickly, professionally, and with such a calm, reassuring presence. Instead of immediately towing, Rick went above and beyond—he had my son hop in and carefully guided him while I followed behind, making sure we all got safely to the dealership. That level of care, patience, and attentiveness truly meant a lot. He took great care of my son and his car (“Freddie”) and made sure everything was handled safely and smoothly. What stood out most was how he looked out for both of us throughout the entire situation. Thank you, Rick, for your swift response, professionalism, and genuine kindness. I was terrified when I found out that my son's car was towed because he had a significant amount of cash in his car. I was so relieved when ALL of it was returned to me. I don't know if any other company with tow drivers that are this honest. Their level of care for my son's personal belongings, making sure everything was returned to me, is top notch. Thank you guys.

10/10, I needed a tow that would be upwards for 350$ and instead of charging me that they helped me fix the issue for less than half the price and drive it home. Actually looking out for their customers not just how they can make money, highly recommend.

Butch was amazing. My car wouldn’t start he was here within 30 min gave me a better price than other companies. Great experience with him.
