Recently toured with a friend that leased. We meet with Bianca and she was polite and answered all questions I asked. She showed us the floor plans and color themes which I loved. When we where shown the floor model she offered us cold drinks and ice cream for the kids. The overall area of this complex is amazing so close to everything but far enough to enjoy the quite.
IMT Thousand Oaks is nicely maintained, quiet, and well-managed. Both Manager Sean Youmans, and Leasing Consultant Kenneth McKinney, have been very helpful and are always friendly. The maintenance staff are efficient, expedite repairs, and the property overall is a pleasant place to reside.
I recently moved from Massachusetts to California and I'm really happy with this apartment community. You can tell they really care about their customer service and love their job. Maintenance is always quick to respond and the girl at the office "Jennifer" was really sweet and helpful from the time I first came to check out the apartments and now.
