The Knolls

I love it here, never had such a great view from my apartment driveway. And it has almost everything I could want. A surprisingly relaxing poolside hangout spot equipped with hot tub and BBQ, a fully functional gym that is rarely busy, a community center area with kitchen and TV to hangout with friends, tennis courts, more pools and hot tubs. Honestly, the only suggestion I could make is to consider adding a boxing bag to the gym. We would definitely use that!

Great place to live - it's a beautiful complex, amazing amenities and great staff. The units are basically condo style meaning that they have in-room washer/dryer. A major shout out to Lynn Snyder from the Leasing Office; she's always been our go to person for any issues at our unit. She should quite literally be the Complex Manager and she's very attentive, professional and more empathetic than anyone there.

This review is for the maintenance crew and management staff. Even throughout heavy construction and remodeling, they were swift, professional, respectful of my belongings, MUCH cleaner than I expected, and the management staff communicated everything with us as it progressed. They are constantly improving things. I appreciate all the hard work to keep this place a home!
