Torino Lakes Rental Townhomes

I am forever grateful. Temperatures felt like triple digits outside. My AC Unit stopped working. I reported it to Taryn and Katie (Property Management). The response was immediate. The maintenance staff, Quintus(supervisor), Paulson and Austin arrived in force—absolutely professional, competent. courteous & considerate. They explained (with photos) the repairs needed, ordered parts and gave me options, including access to a portable AC Unit. They kept in touch, visited in person, were honest, forthcoming and straightforward on the status of their efforts. My problem became theirs, a high priority and was resolved timely. It feels absolutely great to know that I won’t be left in a lurch with important amenities such as cool air going into a sweltering summer!

Xaimara Aponte has been amazing through this whole process. She is professional and very responsive to all our concerns and questions. We are excited to be moving in next month.

Katie made our move from Buffalo to PSL easy. She has been active , attentive and reachable at all times . True professionalism with an easy going personality . Very happy to have her as our consultant !
