We had a great experience at the Jensen Beach, Rooms To Go. Our salesperson, Christopher, was super helpful and friendly throughout our exploring and decision making process. He was very understanding and went above and beyond to help us visualize what we were looking for and how it would work with the room we have. He wasn’t pushy at all and just really cared to make sure we were getting something we loved. We visited multiple stores and eventually kept going back to Rooms To Go for the unique pieces they offered that matched our taste. Christopher and his co-workers did a great job and we highly recommend their products and expertise! We’ll be coming back for more.

My salesman Lee Kurzen was so patient with me and my girlfriend he took his time. I think we walked the entire showroom floor before I settled on the very first one he showed me. As for my girlfriend, he also showed her several mattresses and his patience never wavered. Even after our purchases were completed the next day I called and spoke to Lee to see if he could upgrade my mattress and he worked very hard to accommodate me because they were being delivered in two days. What a challenge, but he did it and was always pleasant. I’m very happy with my purchase and extremely happy with my sales rep.

Grace was great! Friendly, helpful and patient. Answering all our questions with ease. She made our shopping experience very easy. She listened to us when we explained what we were looking for and what look we were going for. She offered honest advice about different configurations that were available with our dining room set. Definitely recommend seeing Grace for a relaxed and fun shopping experience.

Walked in on a Monday needing particular furniture and needing it delivered by that Saturday. The sales man Erick showed us a few sets, and got our style. He suggested we go and look at something he just got in. He nailed it! He gave us an incredible price and It was delivered that Wednesday. The delivery guys were on time. Very friendly, and set the entire room up for us. Was an outstanding experience at a great price. We will be back.
