He explained the entire building process and sets the expectation from finding the right lot to each of your walkthroughs. And all around David has been professional and communicated well with us from the beginning of when we met him at the office. Very happy with the end result of my beautiful home. However, when I came across a huge issue with my water shut off valve Groza was of no help. I would definitely not recommend Groza Builders. I respect companies that stand by their product and works with the customer. Very dissatisfied with both Tony and Jeff.

I Love the way my house turned out! From the start to the finish all the staff members were professional, courteous, and easy to reach. They returned my calls and emails in a timely matter with answers to all of my questions, request and concerns. Thank you Groza Builders. I would highly recommend you to future home builders.

I'm extremely pleased with the craftsmanship and professionalism. Very organized and easy to communicate with. Overall i'm very happy I chose them to build my new home.

Throughout the construction we were provided with progress pictures from beginning to end. When we had concerns or questions Mayra and Karen at the model home were always patient, energetic and knowledgeable every step of the way. Today we are proud owners of a beautiful new home and couldn’t be happier. Mayra Simo is very professional and was always available to answer our questions, text and emails on short notice. She is an expert in her field and a delightful person with integrity and a great sense of humor. We highly recommend her and Synergy homes for your RealEstate endeavors.
