I contacted Cookes based on the many highly rated reviews. I am glad I did. They were very professional from the initial consultation, arrived as scheduled. Provided excellent service at a reasonable price. Mario the technician who arrived was excellent immediately diagnosing my issue and providing the most cost effective solution. Also gave me a fantastic lesson all about my septic system. I was very pleased that I made a good choice and would recommend contacting Cookes with any plumbing or septic issues.

The staff answering the phone and making the appointment was professional and efficient. We got an appointment as soon as we wanted to. The technicians that arrived at our house were pleasant, informative, and worked very quickly and cleanly. They answered all our questions. This is the second time we’ve used this company and will continue to use them.

Mario, Dominic, and Kerly were very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. They addressed our issues quickly and were very professional!! Thank you.

Reliable Septic lives up to their name, Courtney was always available by phone for answers to questions and coordinating appointments. Omar’s work dedication and knowledge on his craft was impressive! Omar was neat with digging up in my yard and did not tear up my bushes. The price was reasonable for pump-out and riser installation. I will definitely use them for future needs with my septic.

I highly recommend them. Bruce personally came to my home to evaluate the situation. He was honest, trustworthy and professional. He explained in details what my options were and answered all of my questions. They are always prompt and friendly.
