Overall great experience! We initially worked with Rebecca but she was out when we returned and Vincent was just as great. I had questions and took up a bit of time on both visits but both of them were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Also, the greeting when you enter is top tier. I was never left wandering when/if I was going to be helped. They were busy with other customers when we arrived but someone still took the time to welcome us and offer us some refreshments while we waited. As a person of color I appreciated the warm welcome because sometimes we go into nice places and are not acknowledged or treated poorly but that was not the case here at all. I am very pleased with the personal and professional service as well as the diamond options available. There’s something for every budget so don’t count yourself out or feel like you’d get a better deal at one of the diamond stores in the mall. You can get what you need here at a comparable price for better quality diamonds.

My fiance and I's experienced at the International Diamond Center was wonderful! Ms.Rebecca was professional, kind, patient, and treated us with genuine care! We did not feel pressure to buy something and they generally wanted us to find what we were looking for with my fiance's wedding band. When my fiance and I have gone to other jewelers with questions, we always felt that we were being talked down to or even felt that we were stupid for asking. But with Ms.Rebecca, we felt that it was okay for us to have questions and even encouraged us to ask more questions to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Mary Louise was amazing. She was such a girls girl. She made the process so much fun when I thought it was going to be overwhelming. She helped me with everything, and never made me feel rushed. She let me take my time and showed me so many options. I was so happy and pleased with her and the whole experience.

This jeweler is awesome. I’ve had to visit a few times now for some repairs on bracelets and each time I’m met with a friendly person who quickly assists me. The first time I came in I needed some links removed from a bracelet I got and had messed up trying to do myself. They quickly got me in order. This last time I needed a pin put back in a bracelet that fell out and once again was taken care of quickly. Very happy to have them so close to home to use for my jewelry needs.
