Based on my experience, the maintenance on this property is superb. Whenever I place a request, I get very prompt response and the issue gets addressed quickly and satisfactorily EVERY time. For my most recent request, the maintenance guy showed up at my door in less than 15mins after I placed the request, even when it was not an urgent issue.
Making the repair request is super east. Same day service was a pleasant surprise. The repairman was cordial, efficient and then gone. Overall great experience.
The bumpy main road is an issue but other than that it's a very satisfying and beautiful apartment complex. Also maintenance is always prompt and efficient.
