I recently took my car up to B’s Randall Auto Service and I’d confidently say it’s the best auto shop in the Lansing area. After getting a few quotes from other places that felt way too high, I decided to check them out, and I’m so glad I did. Not only was their price way better than everyone else, but they were also straight-up and honest about what actually needed to be fixed. Other places tried to rack up the price or tell me more things needed to be repaired, but here you can be assured that you’re getting what actually needs to be done. It felt like they really cared about me and not just my money. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I need work done on my car.

Best repair shop I’ve ever worked with. My car was at Tuffy’s East lansing for a whole month, they keep giving me the run around and not actually fixing the issue on the car which I knew wasn’t a very difficult one. I brought it to B Randall and they had it fixed the next day with a very good price! I would 100% recommend people to take their cars there and I know I will be in the future! Really good communication and kind people.

Took my car here when it was having issues. Turns out it was the transmission which they couldn’t fix but I would definitely take my car here again. Very friendly and honest.

Been bringing my vehicles to Randall for a few months now and each visit has been phenomenal, well above expectations. Craig is very knowledgeable in his trade and straightforward in letting you know what's going on. His prices are fair, especially when considering the quality of the work and the attention he puts into making sure your issues are resolved. Debbie is also great and communicates very well, she always figures out how to fit my visit into their very busy schedule. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest and reliable service.

Randall's has not only taken care of our daily drivers but our nice car, too. Super team, reasonable, helpful, and get us in and get it done this is the place to take your car for maintenance or repair.

REDLINE AUTO SERVICE REVIEWS

I was referred by a friend to Redline about six months ago and only wish I would have known about them sooner. I had major engine repair done for my daughter’s car and Nick was very up front about the issues and walking me through everything. He was able to source a used engine for a good price and had half the mileage of the previous engine. Most recently, I had to take my daughter’s car back in for what ended up being a very minor issue of the wheel liner rubbing against the tire. They were able to get me in right away and had the car back the next day. They are very thorough in their inspections to see if there are any other potential issues. They also specialize in foreign makes/models. All my family’s cars are Hondas, which is a big bonus. Can’t recommend Redline enough.

Nick and Hunter were amazing. I appreciate their work with my insurance company, thorough and honest assessment, communications, patience, work ethic, and care after my VW slid around in snowy weather. Anything with car maintenance stresses me out and they made it a completely manageable process. Solid repairs on the damage and would absolutely bring my vehicle back for future work.
