I was referred by a friend to Redline about six months ago and only wish I would have known about them sooner. I had major engine repair done for my daughter’s car and Nick was very up front about the issues and walking me through everything. He was able to source a used engine for a good price and had half the mileage of the previous engine. Most recently, I had to take my daughter’s car back in for what ended up being a very minor issue of the wheel liner rubbing against the tire. They were able to get me in right away and had the car back the next day. They are very thorough in their inspections to see if there are any other potential issues. They also specialize in foreign makes/models. All my family’s cars are Hondas, which is a big bonus. Can’t recommend Redline enough.

Nick and Hunter were amazing. I appreciate their work with my insurance company, thorough and honest assessment, communications, patience, work ethic, and care after my VW slid around in snowy weather. Anything with car maintenance stresses me out and they made it a completely manageable process. Solid repairs on the damage and would absolutely bring my vehicle back for future work.

Continually impressed with the quality of work, service and integrity of Redline Auto Service. Nick and his professionals take time to work with me on what is best for my vehicle and wallet. What has impressed me more, my daughter trusts Redline! Great Team.

This was my first time going to a shop instead of assisting a family member in my car repairs, but I had a good experience. The service facing side was really kind and explained the process well. They were very transparent about pricing, and I didn't feel like they were being salesy or looking down on me at all. They got me in quickly and were able to do what I approved same day and were generally helpful. The inspection was very detailed and I felt like I left with a good understanding of what future car maintenance might look like.

As a single woman, this is exactly what I look for. HONESTY, respect, an incredibly clean and well managed shop, text message status updates and work overviews throughout the process, and no surprises. A courtesy car is offered when available. This is a well thought-out business model and well executed. The entire team earned my repeat business. Well done!.
