ASHLEY STORE LANSING REVIEWS

Hodan was absolutely wonderful with everything.... she knew what she was doing and worked so hard on getting me the specials that were available to me. She was super super sweet and was able to make my dream come true. The gal at the counter who setup my accounts was just as nice as can be and helped me through all of my questions. Thank you to both ladies for all of their assistance in making everything fabulous.

Excellent service! Theresa was incredibly nice and informative. She helped my boyfriend and I picked the perfect mattress for us. She listened to us, gave us time to really talk and think through what would work and be in our budget and was very knowledgeable of their products. Update// M&V just delivered and they were quick, careful courteous and on time.

Ray is literally the best salesman that I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. His customer service and care was beyond exceptional! Me and my fiance were both so thankful for Ray! The entire staff were warm as well. The music was soothing. Overall we recommend this location to anyone looking for furniture and we will most definitely return ourselves in the future.

FURNITURE ROW LANSING REVIEWS

I had my eye on a beautiful couch for several months and finally broke down and came in to look at. We had the most wonderful experience with Miana who took time to answer all my questions and was the EXACT opposite of what you think of when shopping at a furniture store. She did not “pounce” when we walked in and encouraged us to walk around without hovering. Misna has mastered that delicate blend of I’m here to help but I am not going to make you feel like your being stalked, lol. She was a delight to work with! We cant wait to take delivery of our new couch and chair.

Rod at Furniture Row provided outstanding service from start to finish. His expertise guided me through ordering parts for my sectional seamlessly. He kept me updated throughout the process and ensured prompt follow-up. Rod's commitment to customer satisfaction truly shines through. I highly recommend Rod for exceptional service and support at Furniture Row. Thank you, Rod, for exceeding my expectations!.

Teresa is amazing! She helped me figure out a house full of furniture. Once it was delivered, there was a problem with one of the pieces. She swapped it out right away with no problems at all. She also helped me pick out some tables over the phone, saving me another trip to the store. The financing is a great deal. All of the items I’ve bought from Furniture Row, now and in the past, is beautiful and long lasting.

LA-Z-BOY LANSING REVIEWS

Amazing service. We found what we wanted in the store, but needed to measure the room. I was able to call in to order, Lisa remembered us and we completed the order over the phone. I had to adjust the delivery twice due to delays on construction and it was painless. Really impressed with the quality and customer service.

Betsy was great to work with! My husband and I had differing needs for the two chairs that were going in the same room that I wanted to be identical. He got a hugger recliner and I got a rocking swivel recliner. Can't wait for them to come in next week!.

Bought recliner during the President’s Day sale. I saved a lot and got a fantastic recliner. Service was outstanding! This chair is replacing an Ekornes Stressless Chair which broke at the base.
