My husband purchases from Hyacinth House and they go above and beyond expectations and if something isn’t right, they know how to cater to your needs to make it right. On top of their amazing customer service, the flowers they provide are absolutely beautiful and carry the best aromas around. I have a collection of vases from over the years and they are eye catchers. We would always recommend Hyacinth House.

Used Hyacinth House in Lansing for the 1st time and couldn't have been more pleased. The courteous delivery guy called me when my friends weren't home for the delivery and said he'd try again, and he did! Got the flowers delivered that afternoon and my delighted friends sent me a picture. Looked just like the picture online, if not even prettier! Highly recommend!

I have always had the best service from Hyacinth House in Lansing. From “Over the Hill” birthday baskets to funeral flowers, my deliveries over the years have always shown up on time and in beautiful condition. In the store or over the phone, the staff help me put together special arrangements for each occasion. They have talented florists and I have never been disappointed yet.

Working with Laura on our wedding flowers was so easy, which is perfect for our busy schedule! She was open to what we were looking for, which was a non-standard and wild/meadow looking arrangement. Payment was easy to complete over the phone with staff at the florist, and pickup on the day of our wedding went seamlessly. The bouquet, corsage, boutonnieres, and table arrangements were exactly what were looking for at a very reasonable price.

I was desperate to get my wife some flowers and I was lucky to find this wonderful place. Not only was the service exceptional. The flowers were immaculate and my wife loved them very much. The flowers saved me a trip from sleeping on the couch! Would recommend 11/10!

Laura was a dream to work with. She was easy to communicate with and made my wedding flower dreams come true. The day of our wedding she even gifted some flowers to help decorate our small wedding cake disaster. The prices were very clear and upfront which was convenient when planning a wedding with so many unexpected costs!!

The poeple here was so goshdarn helpful! I needed specific colored flowers for a wedding cake and they more than delivered. This shop is absolutely fantastic.
