CROWNE PLAZA LANSING REVIEWS

This five star review is specifically for the bartender at the hotel--I believe his name was Ben. He was awesome! He was the only one working that night and the bar was quite busy. He did his best and kept the guests happy and we really appreciate the service! As for the cleanliness of the rooms, our floor was in the midst of construction and didn't seem to be blocked off from the work being done. There was visible dust build up on the bathroom fan. Other than that, the room seemed clean.

I have been staying in the Crown Plaza, Lansing for two weeks now for an intensive company training, one more week to go! The hotel staff is beyond accommodating and friendly, rooms very roomy, (get the king suite) beds are super comfortable, with a large tv, and room is very quiet.

The staff is fantastic! Very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and spacious. They have a nice room service menu and happy hour drink specials. If you're looking for a place to stay that is close to shopping and restaurants, I highly recommend this lovely hotel.

COMFORT INN REVIEWS

We were traveling through Michigan and needed to stop...we saw the Comfort Inn sign and pulled in. The desk clerk was friendly and helpful, the room and bathroom were very clean and spacious with a refrigerator, coffee maker and plenty of towels. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was great with plenty of options. The pictures on the website are exactly what it looks like. All of the staff that we encountered were super friendly. As we only stayed one night we didn't use the pool but it looked very nice and the lobby is nice. There is an Outback restaurant across the parking lot which was very convenient for dinner, there is also a Starbucks there. The best part was the price, very affordable for a nice place. I would definitely stop there if I was ever in the area again and highly recommend it.

Decent place. The beds are so comfy and I slept very well. The pillows are the best. This location is pretty clean and the staffembers are very kind and courteous. The prices are good of you're on a budget. The pool was nice and clean and the hot tub is big and very comfortable. I would recommend this place.

My overall experience was a good one. There were things about the room that could have made the appearance better visually. But it didn't ruin my stay. I appreciate the comfort inn for staying affordable and maintaining great staff.

This place is such an excellent value. The service is friendly, the breakfast is good, the rooms are spotless. There is a lady named Carmella working at the front desk who is just a delightful person. Thank you to Carmella and everybody else who works at this property, your hard work is appreciated.

I've stayed at this hotel three times while on business trips. It is nice and quiet, the beds are super comfy, and all staff I've interacted with have been friendly. It's nothing outrageously luxurious, but it is clean and well-maintained. The hot breakfast is a nice touch.

This is a great hotel, it’s just beautiful. The front desk girls Mercedes and Nicole are awesome go over and beyond. Made my stay easy going, with fast check in clean room. Great Breakfast. I will be coming back.
