An amazing appliance repair company! They work with your schedule, were always in time and sent a pic of the tech ahead of the appointment. Tech arrived and put booties on to protect our floors. Our tech, Tesfa, was very knowledgeable, courteous and showed me each step of his process. He answered all my curious questions and tolerated my yappy dog. He was very patient around my autistic son as well. Once the dryer part arrived (we have an old model), Tesfa returned and was very efficient in dismantling and fixing the dryer. Pricing was reasonable, more economic than the larger competitors. I will 100% call them back for any appliance repair and recommend this company to my neighbors!

Been putting off the fridge repair for a couple years since it worked fine (leaky water line I assumed). Daniel came out and found the problem (thanks best buy open box), ordered the part, and installed it within a week! Great service all around.

Excellent!!! Jeremy is the BEST. As a new homeowner they are my new go to guys for all of my appliances.

Kim came out and got made life so much better I was going crazy when my stove went out the night before but within a few minutes he had my stove fixed and running again. He truly saved my family dinner that was scheduled. Thank you sooooo much Kim you are a blessing excellent guy amazing company. 10/10 highly recommend

Kim (Pharoah) was amazing! Excellent customer service! Detailed and repaired our old washer to good as new! And it was definitely a major repair! So happy for the high quality service I received! Would definitely use again!

Kim did an excellent job repairing the water maker on our refrigerator by fixing a frozen pipe that was causing the issue. He was professional and knowledgeable and we appreciate his fast and courteous service.

My repair was quick and professional- I told Ruben I appreciated his follow up and that I will use them again as well as recommend them to family and friends!

Vic and the team at Appliance Care have serviced my Thermador/Miele/Sub Zero appliances professionally. Great communication and always arrives on time. If you have high end appliances trust in their care.

The team came at short notice and was able to quickly diagnose the issue with our fridge and get it working again. All the more impressive being the holiday season!
