Buckhead Paws continues to be amazing. Every time I use them to walk my dogs, the experience is phenomenal. I appreciate the ease of scheduling the walks and the prompt and professional response by the manager and the actual dog walker. Ines showed up on time for the meet and greet to meet my dogs and familiarize herself with the process. Upon meeting my dogs, she immediately formed a connection with them by dropping to her hands and knees and playing with them. The following day, when she arrived for the dog walk, she let me know when she arrived and then how the walk went. She even sent photos of my pups during the walk to me! Ines was great! I love Buckhead Paws and will continue to use them whenever I need dog walking assistance.

Their staff has been punctual, warm, and engaging, while meeting every specific request for their dog's daily needs. The billing and scheduling system has been an added bonus in maintaining the account, checking in, and then reviewing invoices, etc. The personal insights into the dog's demeanor is also a nice insight into how things are going along the way. 5 stars!
