If you're looking for someone who is reliable, professional, and a breeze to work with especially when moving , Keyona is the perfect choice. I'll definitely be working with her again when I move. The neighborhood U-Haul on 14th street is awesome. The customer service is great and the staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Ty assisted me with renting my U-Haul. Thanks to Ty I was able to pick up my U-Haul without any hassle. Thanks, U-Haul.

Ty and Teesha are the best duo ever I started the day having problems with my app and but they were patient and got it resolved… then I ended the day still having problems with my app, once again patience and professionalism resolved the issues. I will only be renting from this location

I had an excellent experience with Cevon at ES 3310. From the moment I walked in, they were professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The facility is well-maintained, secure, and clean, which gave me peace of mind knowing belongings are in good hands. If you're looking for great customer service and an stress-free storage experience, I highly recommend this property!

Absolutely amazing service. Excellent location, near GA Tech. All digital, easy to find storage spaces, clean. Security cameras everywhere, I felt safe there at night. The price monthly is low, but be aware of admin fees, insurance and a required lock purchase (which can be returned/refunded) up front. Your $14/mo is now $25/mo (monthly insurance) and add approx $50 in tax, admin and lock. However, finding a place that is below $50/mo just 10 min from my home is wonderful!

Cass was great! Professional and friendly.. gave me a tour actually twice as I had to upgrade my unit from signing up online! He was patient and provided all necessary info so that I wouldn't have a hard time moving my property In! Most ppl aren't so friendly in the morning but Cass was energetic and informal!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. The customer service was impeccable. They were attentive, patient, and offered great suggestions. If you are caught between a rock and a hard place look no further for storage space. Ask questions and watch and see what happens. You do not have to stay locked in to unreasonable rates. Thank you ladies for all that you do.

I've had a unit at this location for 3 years .The staff is super helpful. The location is convenient. It's easily accessible if you're moving large items. 10/10 overall experience.
