Garry responded to our home on Thanksgiving Eve. What I thought was a small problem, ended up being a more in depth situation. Since we bought our home in 2022, we have had various outlets that would work intermittently. Mainly, our issues stemmed from our bathroom outlets and our exterior. During this time frame, when one outlet didn't work, we would charge our devices in a separate room and grew accustomed to this life style. We are now in the process of renting our home and do not want the tenants to have the same issues. This grew tiresome and we felt the need to have the problem rectified. When Garry arrived, he diagnosed the problem swiftly and then provided pros and cons of the situation. Ultimately, I had to have 9 outlets throughout a two story residence changed and moved to a parallel system. Garry also took the time to show me the poor craftsmanship of the outlets when he reconfigured the wiring. I am posting a few of the photos I took during the appointment. It was nice to see the before and after and how NOT to install a wall outlet. Thank you Garry for your professionalism and honesty. My family and I appreciate your dedication and the Mister Sparky business.

I had an old electrical panel box removed replacing it with an upgraded new one with a surge protector. From the time Tim came to give me an estimate to within a few days the work was done by Bryson. Tim was a joy and a professional to work with, explaining details of what needed to be done. Bryson was super, very professional and always so courteous, worked so hard to get the job done. I loved both of these guys personalities making me very happy with getting my request completed. I have used Lightning Bug Electric for various jobs and have never been let down. I will continue to use them, always thankful for each job done.

Over had a great experience. Our technician Clay was very helpful and explained all of our service options clearly. He made the repairs quickly and explained everything in great detail. We are very satisfied.

The electricians are courteous, respectful, efficient and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Great first time experience with Pat Murphy. Everything was seamless from scheduling to installation. Their communication was great. I would recommend the company send out an appointment confirmation notification the day/days before. Our installers, Matthew and Harold, were professional, knowledgeable, and worked cleanly and efficiently to hang our dining room chandelier. Low stress and great quality. Will call again next time.
