Our Samsung refrigerator was leaking out water from the Filter Chamber and also we had problem with the Ice Maker. Not ice for over a month or so. The minute we call D.A.S, they send out the technician right away and came in within 20 minutes, view the problem or issue and within the next 5 or 6 days the problem was solved. Very professional technician, knew what he was doing and solve both problems at once. Amazing job over all. Very thankful to locate the Company and for their effort in calling back to let you know the status of when the technician will be arriving. A+ on that. Now we have ice like no tomorrow. Lol. Also, a new Water Filter Chamber was put in. We highly recommend this company

Have no fear Dial Appliance is here! Samsung Refrigerator froze up and with the state of the economy I was not looking to buy new.. so I did the sensible thing and call Dial Appliance for a repair. Slava the technician was knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Kept me informed on why was wrong and wha needed to be done.. will definitely recommend

The technician came on time was pleasant and truthful and even when I called for service they were helpful and patient while I explained my issue with my oven and stayed on the phone with me while I tried to shut off the ovens power Hopefully will not need in future but would use them again if needed
