Great service and excellent product from NYC intercom. Installing the intercom drastically improved our buzzer system.Luca and his team are great, very friendly and helpful. Luca explained in detail of the scoop of the project and let us understand how everything works. The team installed everything correctly and efficiently. The project does ended up with a small surprise charges, but overall we are very happy with this intercom upgrade project.

Working with Luca at NYC Intercom was a breeze. They walked us through the process, made reasonable recommendations, hand-held both management and tenants through an easy installation and made the whole upgrade/transition as straightforward as we could hope for. My special needs 73 year old sister fell so I contacted Anwar and on a rush basis determined best multi camera setup to ensure life safety monitoring by our family. Gonzalo did the install of all 4 cameras and did a wonderful job with the installation. I was under time pressure to get this work done and Abstract Enterprises Security busted there butt to get it done. Great customer service. Now I have 1 less thing to worry about for my sprcial needs older sister. Thank you and highly recommend this talented team of professionals.
