It was finally time to replace the steam boiler with hot water coil that had been keeping my family warm for the past 75 years. I worked in the trades for 17 years in hvac field in NYC and continue to work in PA for the past 15 so I knew I kept the boiler going for way past its life expectancy. I called over 10 companies for estimates. 3 bothered to call back but with days long wait times. PAC answered right away and had a tech out within 45 minutes to diagnose and give an estimate. It was a huge job. New water heater, new steam boiler and 2 hot water zones. I also bit the bullet and made the switch to natural gas from oil, so tank removal old boiler removal and major gas line work. Not to mention DOB permits and dealing with National Grid. PAC handled everything and the project was a total success. Eric and Matt were great to deal with, the install crew was great Mario and Andrew were clean and very nice guys. Even the electrician was great. And when the owner shows up to check on his guys it's always comforting so it was very nice to see Paul also. All in all very glad I chose PAC.

Once again, P.A.C. does an outstanding job in fixing my HVAC problem. They did a great job installing my new HVAC system. However, there was a glitch in the wiring due to a very old original wiring system, which caused the air conditioning part of the new unit to not operate as expected. Once again, they sent Jevon, an experienced professional, who corrected the issue in less than thirty minutes. Now, the whole unit is working great. I would highly recommend P.A.C. Plumbing to anyone with an HVAC problem.

Luis, my Heating tech was great. He clearly explained everything to me & offered my options. He replaced my thermostat in my living room. Louie V. & Jimmy both also great, replaced my SumpPump. I love the way P.A.C. sends a texts & emails with the Techs info before they arrive. Definitely recommend P.A.C. For HVAC & Plumbing needs.

I have always appreciated Scaran for their prompt service and maintenance calls, and their friendly customer service representatives who handle the phones. Now they deserve EXTRA praise for the way they handled our broken HVAC system. On a cold winter day when we had no heat, they came promptly to diagnose the problem, then returned to measure for a new unit and provide an estimate. On installation day, it was a well-orchestrated team effort to remove the old unit and install the new one. Our hardwood floors leading to the utility room were covered as soon as they arrived. The team was polite, professional, answered all my questions, and gave instructions on how to use the new unit and the new thermostat. Scaran, you are A+++!
