I am extremely grateful to MMPC and, in particular, to Brenda Adhiambo for helping me identify an insect I found on my bed during my vacation. I found this bug late at night. I panicked about it being bedbugs, I took a picture of it and sent it to MMPC, using their free insect identification service. Early the next morning, I received a detailed report identifying the insect and a description of their habitat and precautions with it. It was not a bedbug. I was so relieved I was able to relax and continue my vacation after reading their report. This is an exceptional company with great customer service.

It was a great experience stumbling on this company through google search. I am amazed with the speedy replies to my emails, I have never seen that before. Morgan did a good job and he made it possible for me to identify the problem and source to the bugs in my home. With just a hint in his reply, it showed he knew what he was talking about and alerted my mental to go in search of the possible cause of the insects. Now the problem is resolved and I cannot thank you guyz enough. Will definitely recommend you guys to everyone.

This company is amazing! We found a beehive developing rather quickly in front of our home and we were able to get a next day appointment with impeccable service. Our exterminator, Jose, was very knowledgeable, courteous, diligent, and very amicable. All questions were answered thoroughly and he genuinely put us at ease after his services were provided! We could actually see the bees starting to dwindle after his treatment was delivered! So we are definitely using this company again.

Chris showed up on time and with all of the knowledge that I didn’t have about the situation. He explained the service he was providing and got to work. I was very impressed with the customer service and cleanliness of the work. Definitely my go-to pest control!
