I have been using Laptop MD for more than 1 year now, and they are simply THE BEST! I do not understand computers easily, but the people at Laptop MD are patient and very helpful. They have given me the confidence to strike out on my own and feel comfortable in a digital environment. They also sell reburbished computers for those who are budget minded. In short, I highly recommend them to anyone! They are excellent at what they do.

I have been coming here for many years but in the last five, I have not needed to due to having an old working computer. Recently, the computer died and it was time for me to get a new system. Although they could not sell me a new system they were very helpful with many other things I coded the transfer of the data and my external hard drives. Kevin was very nice and helpful and made me learn a lot of new things I strongly recommend you go to them. They give a free estimate and they will work with you. They moved once after the Covid but that's about it. It's nice to have people that care about their clients.

I dropped my laptop off on Monday for a quote, by Tuesday evening I was picking up my repaired baby! The turn around was quick, everyone that I talked to was so polite, the work was reasonably priced. Definitely coming back here if I need to.

I’ve worked with NY Computer Help for over a decade. For me, they are always dependable and have always been able to resolve my difficulties. I should note that I am not very savvy about computers, and yet they never discount my opinions nor talk over my head. If I have questions about what’s being done for a particular job I’ve brought to them, they are careful to explain their activities and make sure that I am following the information. I expect to work with them for many more years.

brought my laptop here after some water damage. dropped it off and within a few hours was given a diagnosis—the motherboard was failing. they opted to repair it instead of having me pay extra for a new one. service was speedy and affordable; got my device back within 2 days. the employees were friendly and willing to answer all my questions. definitely coming back here if i have any future issues.

TECHTRONICS IPHONE LAPTOP AND MACBOOK REPAIR REVIEWS

My experience At Techtronics went really well, Yaz and David answered all my questions and reassured me that the MacBook Pro I brought in will be fixed brand new. Turned out they weren’t lying. With the fixes to the back cover and battery my laptop is now running perfectly and I can now start my home lab.

Excellent service and had my phone fixed the next day. Can’t recommend them enough. They are your GO-TO for repairs!!
