Recently was visiting for a tour and it was delighted! Everyone I passed by was friendly and I was so happy to see how how large the apartments were. They apartments are warm and so clean! I enjoyed the nice homey touches throughout. The building is updated and feels cozy with personality sprinkled throughout. I will be recommending this to all of my clients in the future.

I brought an elderly friend to Cranberry Landing for a tour. It was important to sample the food, so I arranged to stay for lunch. My friend is a vegetarian and was concerned there wouldn’t be ample food choices for her lifestyle. We enjoyed a delicious tomato soup, spinach salad with cranberries and feta, and a layered bar for dessert. Best of all was having two chefs come to the dining room to talk to Ruth about all the options she would have as a vegetarian at Cranberry Landing. The head chef brought out a huge bowl of veggies they were prepping for dinner that night. It was filled with zucchini, yellow squash, carrots, and peppers. It all looked so fresh and delicious. It was clear that these staff members were truly committed to giving the residents a restaurant quality dining experience. Great community I have visited recently servicing residents and the staff are friendly and willing to help. You will always see someone willing to show you the way or answer you questions. The residents are happy and you can feel that they are receiving what they require in a caring manner.

The Gables at Brighton, near Rochester, New York, is where our Mom spent her final months. With my sister living in Virginia, my brother living in Australia and I myself living in France, it was a strained juggle from the beginning to secure solid and safe oversight and companionship for my Mother. The Gables at Brighton proved to be not just that "proverbial" extra set of hands, but a total team of caring professionals. Was her short stay here perfect, No. There were highs and lows, as with any life endeavor. Would I have rather Mom spend her final months at The Gables at Brighton, Yes. The setting, the calm, the view from Mom's window, was priceless. She awoke each day with the leaves of fall. And watched the sun set from her large light-filled bedroom window. We could not have asked for more. A heartfelt thank you to the team at The Gables of Brighton. If we had to do it all over again; you remain, our first and only choice.

I have had the pleasure of meeting with James McLellan, Director of Sales and Marketing. He made our decision to make the Gables of Brighton my Mom's new "home" an easy one. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The community is bright, cheery and clean. We look forward to moving Mom into her newly remodeled 1 bedroom apartment.
