3 Best Furniture Stores in Rochester, NY

Love the comfort of La-Z-Boy furniture. The staff we worked with was fantastic! There was no pressure and they had the utmost patience with us. The I store designer plugged our room dimensions in his software program and added the furniture and color we were contemplating so that we could see the fit in our room. The store had various wood samples available so that we could see how the color we chose matched up with our wood flooring. They had every angle covered! We truly appreciated all the time and effort they gave us but they’re own display of appreciation for us and our business was what put the cherry on top. We were not a ‘taken for granted’ sale but customers they showed genuine gratitude toward. I will travel the hour and half again to shop there and will recommend the La-Z-Boy store to friends and family.

I was at the La-z-Boy in Henrietta by marketplace this past Saturday where i purchased my furniture for my first home. Danielle helped me, I cannot recommend her enough. She was very knowledgeable, very patient (as this was my first time furniture shopping ever I took a lot of time to settle on what i wanted), and very warm and kind. The store was having a sale while I was there but she was able to get me an even better deal and helped me get financing. I won’t have my items for 6-8 weeks which is standard but I feel very assured in their quality as Danielle confidently walked me through all of the steps from picking my items and their fabric to getting the fabric protection and 5 year plan. Plus your parts are covered for 50 years!! Big thanks to Danielle and the team there.

We stopped into the Henrietta store to look a getting a replacement leather recliner. David was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the products, manual vs motorized, different leathers and fabrics, etc. The store was very well stocked and well organized as well. We ended up finding a very nice recliner and ordered it in the shade of leather we were looking for. All in all, a very good experience.

I had a young salesman named Cameron who was just the nicest young man. He showed me respect whether I was looking at top end or medium cost. I had looked at Raymour and Flanigan but an honesty their prices were very high and the salesman did not make me feel valued. Also Ashley Furniture worked with me to get me exactly what I wanted and had so many discounts today that my price was just wonderful even with protection and white glove delivery. PS my purchase allowed me also to make a donation to golisano Children's and they took it off the price of my furniture! Way to go Ashley Furniture.

Jody was amazing!!! She wasn’t a typical pushy salesperson. She told us about their promotions and warned us to ignore the price tags then sent us on our way. She didn’t hover yet was available for any questions we had. Then once we decided she made sure the purchasing process was quick and painless. I seriously recommend asking for her if you go in there knowing you’ll be buying something because she gave us an amazing discount! I love the couches my husband and I bought and we will be going back for the chair and ottoman! They’re so soft and comfortable.

We had an amazing experience working with Taylor! We worked with her previously when purchasing our couch and she is incredibly easygoing. Not only is she friendly, but her helpfulness and knowledge of the products was outstanding. She answered all our questions with detail and gave us thoughtful recommendations without ever feeling pushy.
