The Gem Lab has beautiful jewelry choices and wonderful, helpful, honest employees. They are always crowded when I go in, but are kind and professional. The woman I was working with put my diamond earrings in the cleaner. We worked on my other orders and purchases, typed them up with pictures keeping a copy there and giving me a copy. I left without my earrings. When I realized I forgot them, I called. She was pleasant and immediately got them and put them with my orders to pick up at my convenience. I did not have proof that I left them so I appreciate her honesty, especially after dealing with other dishonest jewelry stores. Thank you.
