Steve was quick to respond when we were looking to schedule an appointment. He was pretty flexible and works with your schedule when setting up an appointment. My fiancé and I liked that we were able to have the space to ourselves and take our time when trying the different mattresses. He is even willing to hold our mattress for us until we are able to move into our new place. Highly recommend them if you’re in need of a new mattress!

We stopped in today to check out a mattress that we found on line. Our salesman was excellent. He showed us several mattresses that he thought would fulfill our needs. He was well informed and gave us lots of valuable information. We ended up buying a mattress from him although there was no pressure to do so. I like to support locally owned businesses if possible. There was a generous trial period which made the decision easy for us. We can’t wait for delivery.

I went to American Family Mattress looking for a mattress for my son. I was immediately greeted by Samuel the store manager. I explained what I was looking for in a mattress and he found it for me and at a great price. Samuel was very nice and knowledgeable. Service is very important to me. Their service was great from purchase to delivery. My son is happy with his new bed.

Love love love our new bed ! We had the best nights sleep and woke up with no aches and pains. The customer service was outstanding including the delivery guys who were super nice and on time. I highly recommend using American Mattress Family and will refer my friends and family to them. Oh yeah and they took our old mattress included in the price. Thank you.

She provided us many options to go off that catered to our needs. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and made our entire experience very comfortable.
