Menorah Park of Central New York

It’s always refreshing to walk into a facility that cares for the aging and be greeted with a smile. I was there today to visit my Uncle. It’s a big facility and I got lost, but I was personally escorted by a staff member to his room on the 2nd floor. I was impressed with the cleanliness of his room. He was dressed, clean and in good spirits. I stayed for about two hours and during that time several nurses checked on him. I am pleased overall.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. My grandmother is well taken care of and happy at Menorah Park. She enjoys activities and spending time in her pod. She is always up in her chair, dressed, and well cleaned and groomed when I do pop in visits. I am beyond grateful to have facility I trust caring for her. Especially since her stroke was during the pandemic and we were unable to visit her.

I cannot imagine a better place for your aging parent. The staff, the leadership and yes even the food were all wonderful. It is like a family there. I recommend this community without reservation. My mom lived in The Oaks, the Inn and subsequently hospice care. The staff there will love your parent. What more could you ask for.
