I’ve lived here for approximately 8 months. We sometimes run out of parking space where my apartment is but not always. I’ve had no other Issues with my apartment with the exception of a few things from my original walk through. Maintenance promptly took care of those minor items. My garbage disposal stopped working and they came to my apartment within an hour to repair it and it was on the weekend. The maintenance team here are awesome. Takes their shoes off when entering your apartment. Very respectful and cleans up after themselves. I’m very pleased that there are NO rodent or roach problems here! That was a deal breaker and I’m pleased to say I haven’t even seen an ant or spider inside my apartment. The grounds are kept up well. These apartments are dated but several have been either partially or fully renovated and look great.

I've spent the last two years at Clarendon Heights (relocated out of town or it would have been three) and have thoroughly enjoyed my time here. Apartments are grounds are clean and even though I had someone above and below my apt, noise was rarely heard (and never past quiet hours). The staff at the leasing office and maintance crew were always very responsive (my only maintenance request while there was for an A/C replacement as my unit's died during summer - quickly replaced the following week after requesting). The amenities (pool, gym, package holding/sorting at leasing office) were always kept up with and even though I mostly kept to myself, neighbors were generally friendly and happy to be there too! I'll miss it!.

I recently contacted the property management office while searching for an apartment for my son, who will be attending college nearby. The office staff was incredibly helpful, patient, and informative throughout the process. They answered all my questions, provided clear details about the application and leasing process, and made me feel confident that this would be a safe and well-managed place for my son. Their professionalism and kindness made a stressful search much easier. Highly recommend!.

The location is perfect — nestled in a quiet, friendly neighborhood but still close to everything in Syracuse, including Syracuse University, parks, and local shops. The property itself is well-maintained, clean, and full of charm. Inside, it’s both cozy and spacious, with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are bright with natural light, and the layout feels thoughtfully designed. Whether you’re a student, a professional, or just visiting, this spot has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is peaceful, walkable, and feels very safe. Plus, communication with the host/owner/agent was prompt, professional, and friendly throughout. Highly recommend 184 Remington Ave to anyone looking for a top-tier experience in Syracuse!.

The team has been amazing! They are professional, responsive, and always go the extra mile to make sure everything is running smoothly. Communication is clear and timely, and they truly care about both the property and the tenants.

Love High Acres! The Property Manager, Mathew, is amazing! He is responsive, professional, and very caring. The grounds are kept very clean. The apartments are very nice and reasonably priced. They are very responsive to any inquiry, and even proactive to make sure you are completely satisfied. It is refreshing to live in a place that is so well kept, along with Property Management who take their job seriously and treat you like family. I had an opportunity to relocate to another location, but chose to renew my lease at High Acres because Matt and Vanessa really make it feel like home!.

I've had 3 great years living at High Acres Apartments. The community is well-maintained, lots of green art. What truly sets this place apart is the professionalism and dedication of the manager and staff. They are always courteous, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure my concerns are addressed. Whether it’s a maintenance request or general assistance, everything is handled promptly and with a positive attitude. I truly appreciate how the entire team works together to make this a great place to live.

I love living here and the fact were in westhill school district is a major plus. The complex feels removed and is very peaceful. The playground could be bigger considering all the space around it, but my kids enjoy it enough. The pool is nice with a shallow and deep end, although cold lol. The townhouse I have is a great size. Some come with basement or a garage.
